Terms

Scope of Services

  • The Membership includes only the services listed in the email body. Additional work (mulch installation, sprinkler repair, etc.) requires a separate quote and approval.

Access & Scheduling

  • If access is restricted (locked back gate, other vendors on-site, etc.) and we are not given at least 24 hours’ notice, that week’s service will be skipped with no refund or credit.
  • We may reschedule delayed services within the same week when possible.

Client Responsibilities

  • Remove obstacles such as toys, hoses, trampolines, or furniture from the lawn before service.
  • Landscape lighting should be placed inside landscape beds—not on the lawn.

Pet Waste Management

  • Excessive dog waste is defined as anything beyond that morning’s diligence.
  • If present, we may remove it at our discretion and bill $25 per visit.

Liability & Exclusions

  • We do not trim grass behind air conditioning units or around pool pumps/equipment.
  • We do not move trampolines or heavy lawn furniture.
  • We are not responsible for damage caused by weather, client-managed irrigation, or pets.

Payment Terms

  • Billing & Payment: Membership is billed on the first of each month and charged to the credit/debit card on file.
  • Non-Payment: If payment fails on the first, service will be paused until payment is received.
  • Late Fees: Balances unpaid after the 5th of the month incur a $15 late fee.
  • Service will not resume until the past-due balance and late fees are paid.

No Contract — Month-to-Month Service

  • This membership is month-to-month with no long-term contract.
  • Membership auto-renews monthly until canceled.
  • Either party may cancel with at least 24 hours’ notice before the first of the next month.
  • No partial-month refunds once the month has started.

Service Limitations

  • A one-time “make-ready” fee may apply if the lawn is not regularly maintained.
  • Debris beyond normal mowing (large sticks, brush piles, etc.) may result in additional charges.

Weather Delays

  • Services may be delayed due to weather or events beyond our control but will be rescheduled when possible.
